For today’s Saturday Suck Fest, we’ve got a workout programmed to honor D-Day. Wear a vest for the entire workout. It’s written to signify scaling the cliffs at Normandy and then conducting a movement to contact. Obviously it’s not combat and pales in comparison to what actually happened that day, so all you smartasses out there don’t even try. Enjoy.

DB Bench 3x8
DB Hammer curl 3x20 ea arm
Weighted dips 3x10
