For advanced runners, maintain a pace on your intervals for the backside 400m :20 slower than your working pace. For those of you still trying to maintain your :85-:90 interval time, don’t worry, shoot for a 2min jog between rounds (this will feel like burning in your lungs, but tis’ only temporary)
