Knock out the METCON post run. The 100x Slam Balls should be done AFAP with as few breaks as possible. If your gym doesn’t have a slam ball and only has wall balls, do not do slam balls with a wall ball - that’s a dick move and ruins wall balls for everyone else (I wish horrible things on you if you do that) If you can’t find a #50 Slam Ball, do heavy American KBS with #70-80.
