Week 5 of the Running Program is in full effect! This week you will run a few less miles than last week, with more rest time. Your lifting will increase in volume to make those miles you run a little more painful, but you should feel more confident hitting the trails after your runs now with a strength base.

On today’s tire flips, choose a weight of tire that would take 1x Ranger, or in other terms 8x MPs, 4x Stetson wearing CAV(res), 2x Infantrymen, or the entire S2 section in your Division (count multiple divisions if your Division is named anything other than ___ Infantry DIV)
