Week 6 of the Running Program and the week’s METCONs will tax your midline. You should start seeing movement in your conversational pace as well as interval paces. RLTW!!

Today, get after the 4.5-mile run and if you can drop :15 a mile and “huff and puff” a little while talking, push yourself. If you feel like your running is good, do the METCON immediately before the run and take less than 2min rest before the transition to conditioning.
