Week 2 of the KB/DB program kicks off with the same movements from last week, same rep scheme. We’ll be introducing new movements every three weeks of the program, allowing your body to become familiar with the technique before moving on towards more complex and difficult exercises.
Today’s conditioning is chest/shoulder heavy, making conditioning very taxing and challenging. Knock out the accessory work before today’s METCON. Your KB SL SQT to Bench is essentially a weighted pistol. If you have issues with he weight, try weightless and then increase every set.
