Strength portion is pretty important for today’s workout. You know when you get to school and you have to go slow on your pushups, it’s going to be a weird feeling - you can’t just try and push the earth down and move like a jackhammer. The Bench and Pushup sets need to be controlled, consider taking a deliberate breath every single rep before you execute the movement.
