Hexbar DL 1RM, then 3x10
Split Squat 4x12
Leg Extension 4x10
Calf Extension 4x12

Accessory
V-Up 4x25
Knees to Chest 4x15

Conditioning
40x Burpees + 3-Mile run under 25:00. If you fail to meet the time standard, complete another 20x Burpees and then run 1-mile under in 10:00 total. If you fail to meet the final standard, complete 20x Burpees and finish out on an 800m run in less than 8min.
