Ranger v7 W7D1

We are going back to a test week, let's see how the body feels after a mini-RAP week.

Today, knock out 2min of max push-ups, followed by a 5min break and then 2min of max sit-ups.

Take 10min and then crush a 5-mile run for time.

When you are done with the run, complete as many chin-ups as possible; but, hold your chin up at the bottom in the dead-hang for a count of two before each rep.
