Ranger School Prep (RSP v2 W1D1)
Welcome to a new round of Ranger School prep. This program will vary slightly from our Ranger Guide online, because the Army is implementing new movements as part of the standard for individuals at Ranger School. We’ll be focusing a lot more on core strength, and mobility.

Conditioning:
25min Easy Run (9:00 per mile), then 4min Total of Plank, but if you need rest during the plank, you must move to the front leaning rest, there you can sag or flex your hips however, but no moving to your knees.
