3x200y FS Build (Each 50 should get harder and faster)

Deep End Drills - 10 Rounds (Do not complete without lifeguard on duty and/or training partner with experience in water rescue)
Tread Water for 60sec, then float to the bottom and using only your arms, pull back up.
