Conditioning Group 1
3x 1-Mile Kit Repeats. The purpose of this session is to practice starting and stopping and this impact on breathing - so take around 2min rest. The intervals are not all out - find a pace that you can sustain from the first 400m to the 12th.

Conditioning Group 2
Obstacle Course Day: Navigate - in kit - the obstacles requiring rope climbing, balanced walking, or scaling walls/logs at least 4 times each, and shuffle your feet the entire time.
