Warm Up - 1 Mile Run to the Pool

Main Set:

2x 10min continuous side stroke swim (Max Distance), 4min rest

12AMRAP - 25m Sprint + 20x 4-count flutter kicks

Optional METCON:

Chipper - 100x Pull Up + 500m Swim + 1000x Jumping Alt Lunge
