A) Back Squat 5/5/3/2/1

B) Back Squat 2/4/6 + Max Effort
On this second set of Back Squat, you’ll start stripping the weight and climbing the reps again. For instance, if your heavy single from Part (A) was 365, you may start Part (B) at 335, then 315 for four, and then at 275 for 6+

C) RDL 3x 15
D1) Glute Bridge + 3 Sec. Pause (squeeze at the top of the lift) 3x10
D2) Hanging Knee Raise 3x20

E1) Leg Extension 2x20
E2) Hanging Knee Raise 2x20
