Friday Fun-days. This workout should be done in uniform. You don’t have to wear the boots for the rower, we get that seems stupid, just make sure to switch your shoes for boots on the run.

A) 50-40-30-20-10 Wall Ball + Row calories

B) 6x 500m Sprint (rower) + 3min Rest (during rest, complete 20x Hand Release Push Ups)

C) 2.5 Mile Run in Uniform
