Program details: 10 weeks, 6 workouts a week.
The CronusFit Running Program will build your aerobic capacity beyond the 5-Mile in order to make the RPFT seem like a simple jog. During this program you will execute all runs following a strength circuit, focusing on the posterior and midline. The intent for your training cycle is to tax your muscles prior to executing your runs, creating the mental block you must overcome even before you step off. The 10-WKs will fly by as you see improvements in your times, with built in gates and tests for you to identify how you’ve improved. Fight on to the Ranger Objective! RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!!
