I'm a retired Air Force Special Operations Tactical Air Control Party Officer where I worked alongside the 1st Ranger Battalion as the senior AFSOC Joint Terminal Attack Controller and Special Tactics advisor. I have deployed with 1/75 three times from 2020-2023, and I also competed with the 75th Ranger Regiment at the 2022 Best Ranger Competition and finished 6th place - the highest finishing place for an Air Force member.
Currently, I am working out of Kansas City, MO where I work with Air Force Special Warfare applicants to get them ready to complete one of the most rigorous training pipelines in the US military after they graduate from basic training. My training sessions involve everything from running to water confidence drills to calisthenics. I have an extensive background in weightlifting as a competitive CrossFit athlete. I am focused on endurance training for IRONMAN triathlons, ultra-marathons, and road cycling. Before signing up for my first IRONMAN race, I had no idea how to swim so I know the commitment it takes to tackle "impossible" tasks.

By 2021, I moved to Fort Moore to serve as a Ranger instructor and have competed in the Best Ranger Competition in 2022 (8th place finish), 2023 (6th place finish), 2024 (torn ACL), and 2025 (2nd place finish).
With a robust background in running and fitness, I’ve also made my mark in powerlifting, notably securing second place at the USPA Nationals in 2018 (1635 total at 198 lbs).
