Functional Fitness

Happy Monday. We’re adjusting the timing of the workouts - we’ll be releasing the Functional Fitness workouts the night before at 9pm. We’ll still post the workouts on Instagram the morning of. Anyways, enjoy today’s training. Keep pushing and trust the process.

15 double DB push press (50/35)

15 DB box step over (24/20)

AMRAP burpee BJ Over (24/20) in remaining time

C. Gymnastics

For time: 100 HSPU

Every break, run 200m, 15 GHDSU

D. Aerobic conditioning

Run 5 miles

2 minutes at 5k pace, 3 minute jog
