Happy Saturday. Get after the suck fest today. It’s going to be a tough gut check. It alternates between heavy barbell movements and gymnastics movements. If the weights are too heavy, scale it down, but don’t make it too easy. The weight should be something you can do for singles at a comfortable pace. Find a buddy to enjoy it with. Get after it.
