Monday. Welcome to Week 9 of the current program. We’re running a deload week after 8 weeks of solid volume training. Hopefully you’ve all seen some solid gains in size and strength. We’ll take a light week this week and move into the second half of our program focusing on increasing strength. For now, just enjoy the reduced volume this week and let your body rest.
