Happy Saturday. We’re hitting our usual Saturday Suck Fest. It’s a 60 minute EMOM, so make sure you’re pacing the workout appropriately - you’re resting the rest of the minute after you finish the exercise, so plan accordingly. Have a conservative plan and stick to it. It’ll catch up before you know it.

Barbell curl 3x10
Banded tricep extension 3x20
Bench 3x10 @ 60%
