Game day. Make sure you get your training session in before the game today. We’ve got an 60 minute EMOM today for our Suck Fest. All you need are dumbbells and a box. Again, focus on good pacing. Learn from this workout and figure out pacing strategies for long workouts.

Close grip Bench 3x8

Bench 3x8 @ 70%

D. Strongman

Yoke carry 5x100' AHAP
