Happy Tuesday, ladies and gents. We're continuing the test week with snatches today. Again, work up to a heavy single and shoot for a new PR. As for the rest of today's training, it's fairly self explanatory. For the gymnastics piece, shoot for a manageable, but challenging deficit - you should be struggling to finish all 6 unbroken. Also, for the accessory work, hold the L-sit for a challenging time too, between 15-30 seconds, depending on how comfortable you are with it. Enjoy the work capacity piece today, only a few more of these styled training pieces left. The next cycle will be more traditional high intensity pieces.
