Today’s Suck Fest is similar to one we did back in week #2 but instead of chipper style, we’re doing it partitioned. It’s similar, but different. For the Odd Object piece, you’re simultaneously doing an overhead carry and farmer carry. Go as heavy as possible for each.

C1. Strict chest to bar chin up 4x8
C1. Strict ring dip 4x10

D. Odd object

DB overhead carry/farmer carry 5x100' AHAP (switch arms at 50')
