For today’s conditioning piece, if you don’t have an AAB available, you can substitute 40 jump lunges (total). It’s meant to be done “you go, I go” style, so if you’re training solo, wall-sit for 1:1 as you work. Your legs are going to feel very toasty at the end. Have fun.
