For the gymnastics piece, you’ll be climbing the ladder by doing 1 t2b, 1 pull up, 1 c2bpu, and 1 bar mu, then 2 of the same, etc. Go until you have to break and rest as needed. It is for quality (not reps).

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
