50 ground to overhead (185/125)
1600m run with 20/14 wall ball
50 deadlifts (225/155)

C. Strongman

Sandbag bear hug carry 5x100'

D. Accessory

BB Bench 3x8
Barbell curl 3x20
Weighted dip 3x10
