Hit the pool for today’s active recovery day. If the pool’s not open yet, feel free to get outside and hike/ruck for an hour. The pool work is up to you how hard you want to go. If you want more of an active recovery tempo, take your time. Otherwise, you can use it as a conditioning piece if you’re feeling good.
