Hit the conditioning piece as hard as you can today, it’s a good test of your legs ability to tolerate/ cycle lactate. For the metcon, just hold on for as long as you can. The first 5-6 rounds won’t be bad, but by the time you’re into the set of 16+, it’s gonna hurt. Keep a steady pace and don’t go out too hot.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D based on perceived weakness.
