We’ve got a moderate intensity EMOM for today. The goal of today is more so to move and get a pump than to get any significant training stimulus. Each exercise should take you about 40-45 seconds, giving you a decent amount of rest each round.

15 pushups, 15 V-ups
10 KB/DB turkish get ups (total)
