Today’s strength piece is meant to be done as one big circuit. Rest as needed between sets. If you don’t have an assault bike for the conditioning piece, feel free to substitute with whatever cardio you have available to you.

20 KB Swing
15 KB goblet squat
10 burpees over KB

C. Conditioning

AAB for max cals
20 min of :30s hard/:30s easy
