Work up to a moderately heavy triple for your power snatches today. Be cognizant of your form and don’t sacrifice form. For the metcon, you should be able to cycle the movements unbroken. Finally, on the gymnastics piece, be wary of your total volume. If you do 8 per round, you’ll be hitting 80 pull-ups. Don’t get rhabdo.
