A little less volume today to give you guys a little break. We’ll move back to an active recovery day tomorrow for our Thursday sessions. Feel free to scale up/down the conditioning EMOM, you should be able to finish each round in 30-40 seconds to give you ample time to recover. The metcon today is meant to be a chipper, so pace your reps.
