Functional Fitness

Well, as promised, we’re going to start doing some quarantine programming. All workouts can be done with a KB/DB or any weights you have lying around the house. The “strength” work is mainly just maintenance work to provide some stress to maintain mass. It’s up to you which pieces to do, but to be honest, what else are you going to be doing? Make sure you’re still getting after it during these times.

20 goblet squat
20 single leg RDL (total)
20 goblet rear lunge (total)
B. Conditioning
30 min run (15 min out, 15 back)
C. Metcon
3 RFT, rest 3:00 between rounds
27 KB swing
21 jump squat
15 burpees over KB
