Hope you guys had a good deload week last week. We’re moving back into another 9 week strength mesocycle. This week, we’ll be adding another 10 lbs to our training max, so it’ll be your original max + 30 lbs. Nothing crazy on today’s programming. For the metcon piece, try and figure out a pace that you can hold, try and keep the reps unbroken.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
