Figure out a solid pace for the conditioning piece. For the metcon piece, try and hit the squat cleans unbroken and then chip away on the sandbag over shoulder’s. Finally, try and hit the interval piece unbroken and use the rest period to recover. Enjoy the active recovery day tomorrow.
