Happy Monday ladies and gents. We’re onto our last 5/3/1 mini-cycle. As a result, training maxes go up another 10 lbs. So in total, we’ve added 50 to our original training maxes. We’ll finish out this minicycle, run a test week, and then change pace into some conditioning pieces.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
