For the metcon piece today, try to hit all the movements “unbroken” as much as possible. Practice cycling the movements and maintaining a solid pace throughout. If you have a pull up bar available, do T2B, if not, do 20 hollow rocks instead.

C. Conditioning
4 mile tempo run (pace at goal 5 mile pace)
