If you’re like me, you’re probably feeling pretty beat up this week after Saturday’s Suck Fest and Monday’s Murph. We’ll hit an active recovery piece today and give the body a break. Hit some type of low impact conditioning work for 1 hour. It can be a nice walk outside, bike, row, or swim. Just avoid any high impact/high intensity work. Keep your HR around 70%.
