Happy Veterans Day. We aren’t going to write a long sentimental post about service, but we are thankful for all of you guys out there who have stuck by us. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you guys, so thank you. We’ll save the Veterans Day workout for our Saturday Suck Fest. It’ll be a good one. Stay consistent with the deloads, it’s worth giving your body a break.
