We’ve reached the end of another 18 week cycle. We’ll hit a deload this week and jump back into another cycle (4 week base building, 3 week tempo, and 11 week strength block). Give your body a break this week and shoot for 60-70% efforts. We’ll be ramping up the intensity again next week.
