The metcon today’s a pretty long chipper. All the movements/reps should be manageable and you should be able to do the majority of them unbroken, so focus on keeping transitions low. For the gymnastics piece, you’ll be doing an ascending ladder of unbroken strict/kipping HSPU. This is a great way to build capacity and endurance in your strict HSPU’s.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
