The volume’s been pretty high this week in terms of metcons, so we’ve got a couple of shorter metcons today. The 8 AMRAP is deceptive - don’t go all out on the first 3 rounds. The workout doesn’t start until the round of 15, so pace yourself accordingly.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
