Functional Fitness

Today’s Suck Fest is a partner workout, except you don’t get any rest. Both partners will be working at the same time. Partner 1 will be accumulating calories on whatever piece of equipment you guys want while the other partner will be working on the exercises. Switch when complete. This a long workout, so pace yourselves accordingly. Enjoy.

B. Saturday Suck Fest

Partner workout
60 AMRAP for max cals (AAB, rower, ski, air runner, etc)
Partner 1: on machine for max cals
Partner 2: 5 sandbag over shoulder (150/100)
10 T2B
15 burpee box jump over (24/20)
20 wall ball (20/14)
Switch after each round

C. Strongman

Zercher carry 5x100'

D. Accessory

Floor press 3x8
Barbell curl 3x12
Ring dip 3x20
