Nothing crazy for training today. The metcon is going to be very grippy, especially after the strength piece. Have a strategy and stick to it. Big bites for anyone that can do the the swings unbroken 🤙

C. Conditioning
5 mile run
Every 4:00, run 400m @ 2 mile pace
