Happy Monday, ladies and gents. We’re moving on from our hypertrophy mesocycle and into a small 5 week tempo/positional mesocycle. We’re going to start transitioning our training to increase the intensity and decrease the relative volume as we’re transitioning from our base building mesocycle into our development cycle. As such, we’re going to increase the total pieces per day but decrease the total volume.
