Deck of cards: Card value determines the number of reps (face cards = 10, Aces = 11). Joker = 1 min plank
Clubs: run (2-5: 100m; 6-9: 200m; 10-A: 400m
Spades: burpees
DIamonds: jump lunges (ea leg)
Hearts: Situps
