Since spring is here, we’re breaking out the ruck. Enjoy a nice walk in the woods. Settle into a nice comfortable cadence that you can maintain for the 90 minutes. Ideally you want to cover about 6 miles, but don’t worry too much about the distance and just enjoy the process.
