- 20 front squat (135/95)
- 50 DU + 10 sumo deadlift hi pull (135/95)

D. Work Capacity
Run 3x 1 mile repeats. Rest as needed.
D. Accessory
Tempo pullup (3333) 3x5
DB lateral raise 3x10
Banded Palloff press 3x20 ea side
