Grab a buddy for today’s Suck Fest. Nothing crazy, just a long grinder. Split up the reps as needed and keep up the intensity. On the yoke carry, go as heavy as possible that you can do unbroken. Get after today’s workout and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
We’ve got a mini-deload week next week after these 4 weeks of high volume. It won’t be a full deload, but slightly reduced volume/intensity.
